Bacon & Deviled Eggs

Because everyone's tastes can differ, make choices that fits your family.

14-18 eggs, boiled

Cut eggs in half and remove the yolks, place whites on serving dish. Mash the yolks in separate bowl. Add to the yolks:

Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (about 1/2 cup - enough to make it almost creamy)
Mustard to taste (1 - 2 tablespoons)
Pickle relish (dill or sweet as you prefer)  2 tablespoons - do not strain
Ms Dash (1/2 teaspoon)
2 ounces cooked bacon (pork bacon, turkey bacon, tofu bacon each gives their distinct taste!)

Stir well, taste and season if needed.

Fill eggs with mixture, chill until ready to serve.
